Biography

Coach Melissa McGown played Varsity volleyball at Hargrave high school in Huffman, along with Thunder Volleyball in 2001-2003. From there she took an Army scholarship to Sam Houston State University where she graduated in 2007 with a Kinesiology degree with a teaching emphasis and health fitness as her minor. Coach McGown now works for Cardiovascular Association in Humble as an Exercise Physiologist doing cardiac stress tests.
